Sadly, I was disappointed in Miss Congeniality. It promised to
be a laugh out loud comedy, but we only end up chuckling. It is a very light
movie with formulaic-girl who tries to be a heroine; girl does her job, ten male
officers say she's not doing anything right, girl...well...you know what
happens. The movie is set up similarly to many movies I have seen and has no new
plot twists. This movie has been tried out in many different forms with
characters way out there that no one could dare imagine relating to. Miss
Congeniality is a "Missfire" whose action comedy falls short as well.
